I've lived with anxiety and depression most of my life. I felt trapped, alone, and desperate for somebody to help me. I went to many therapists before I found Irving Schattner at the Counseling Center for Growth and Recovery. Irving's treatment protocol helped me discover a new way of looking at fear, worry and other emotions which kept me stuck. Today, I am a happy and productive person with good friends, a job I look forward to going to every day, and have found inner peace.
