I began seeing Dr. Heller almost six weeks ago for pain in my shoulder that ended up being caused by a bulging disk in my upper back. Dr. Heller prescribed stretches and exercises that healed me over time. He uses the McKenzie method, which empowers the body to heal itself. I am completely pain-free today! You have to stick with the program and commit to doing the stretches he recommends. It does work, and I feel that I will be healed long-term. If you're looking for a quick-fix "snap, crack, pop" chiropractor, this is not the doctor for you. He teaches a method that provides total relief and healing for those willing to do the work. I HIGHLY recommend him. Before I began treatment, I thought living with pain was going to become my new "normal." Now I know I can live without pain and complete mobility and flexibility. Game changer!
