Izabela Adamus is a great physical therapist who helped me when no other medical professional could. Izabela's extensive knowledge, combining PT, myofascial release, and energy medicine with her one-on-one connection taught me to quiet my mind, listen to and feel my body, and slowly unwind my tight body. Izabela guided me away from a life of chronic pain and disability toward self-awareness and well-being, teaching me that in stillness there is safety, softness and a more pain-free way to live. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!
