I went to Dr Chao as part of regular eye checkup. I informed her about issues i was facing. She was very patient in listening to my concerns and very thorough with my checkup. This is in sharp contrast to an expensive optometry appointment that i had last year where the doctor was very curt and dismissive. I really appreciate her interaction with us despite the long queue of patients. FYI, I am a POC and find that doctors , even at Kaiser can be quite dismissive of our issues in general, so this was a breath of fresh air.
