She is very clear spoken and compassionate. She explained my hearing loss to me after the hearing test and then hooked me up with a set of hearing aids. When I first put them in my ears, I started to cry (tears of joy and relief). I didn't realize how profound my hearing loss was. She also worked with my insurance, which made it possible for me to afford them. I enjoy my followups with her. She is an absolute delight.
