I GO TWICE A WEEK FOR CHRONIC PAIN OF BONES, JOINTS AND MUSCLES. MR. MC BRIDE DOES NOT RUSH YOU OR PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS. HE ENCOURAGES YOU TO GIVE YOUR BEST.
