It was easy to make my preliminary appointment. Every member of the staff was friendly, courteous, professional and clearly eager to make my upcoming visit as problem free as possible. Once there, it only got better. The office is well-appointed, attractive and comfortable. My appointment time was spot on, and everything (including pre-testing areas) was wheelchair accessible, a must for me. The staff went out of their way to make certain I was well taken care of, something of a very pleasant novelty in my experience.Dr. Falco is a marvel. She is funny, friendly but a consummate professional and she provided the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. This is particularly challenging as I have health conditions which require special attention. Dr. Falco began the exam inquiring what she needed to know about me. She explained every aspect of what she was doing and took a great deal of time with me. I am certain that Dr. Falco treats every patient, with the same care!
