She knows her stuff. Besides being very good at nutrition. I always feel comfortable with Jamie. She does not make me embarrassed. She has great empathy. This makes brainstorming a better solution to get control over my diet. I know I have complicated dietary needs, she jumps right in and works on dealing with them not just avoid issues.
