I went to physical therapy for both of my frozen shoulders back in the summers of 2020 and 2021- and Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough, as well as kind throughout my treatment. I also felt comfortable being honest about not always being perfectly consistent with the physical therapy exercises at home- yet I was able to learn a lot of different exercises to improve my range of motion in both of my shoulders and greatly improved my condition overall. I highly recommend Jim’s services- with his great attention to detail, ability to communicate directions for physical therapy exercises, and his kind demeanor—I rate 10/10 Stars! Highly recommend him :)
