I came in with my disabled daughter who needed evaluation and physical therapy. She is autistic and has a mild intellectual disability. She was very nervous and Jim was so "warm fuzzy" with her that I imagined he either has a disabled family member or lots of experience. He explained what we needed to do so carefully and completely that we were easily able to continue at home. My daughter's pain was gone in a short period of time and we know how to prevent it from coming back. Thank you, Jim !!!
