Jim has been great through my spinal fusion surgery and recovery. I came in from out of state for the surgery. During recovery, phone calls and text messages have been above and beyond. He truly cared for my well-being and returned answers back quickly. He was also amazing, turning around paperwork in 2 days stating my restrictions and when I could return back to work. Highly recommend!
