I felt comfortable with him the moment he walked in the door- because he said, 'Hi! I'm Jimmy!' with a smile. (I've had my fill of dour-faced medical providers who show no compassion for the patient.) So he was probing in his questioning, really heard what I was saying in response, thoroughly explained his diagnosis and my options for treatment. He's one of the Good Guys! All other personnel in the office were very professional and friendly.
