I was depressed. I originally took my daughter to see him over a religious matter and I kept him for myself. He pulled me out if a bad situation and a depression I really couldn’t see. After I left the bad situation, I nolonger had a taste for wine or junk food that I’d been self medicating with. I am now 75 pounds lighter. Initially, I really found some changes very hard to do- but Jim guided me the whole way and I thank him wholeheartedly. He’s an older gentleman and he offers a Christian perspective, but it’s not necessarily a requirement. In other words, he won’t push it if you aren’t of that denomination. I am glad I found him. I was probably sad for many years thinking it was normal to feel that way. He gave my my empowerment back and I thank God every day.
