My experience with Jim/Cool Therapy was the BEST! I visited his office for over 1 yr. due to a hit n run drunk driver several years ago. Jim was the one who insisted there was more wrong with my shoulder although Dr's. never suspected that the case. Jim was correct and after dbl major surgery on my shoulder, Jim was my lifesaver. His caring, compassionate and professional expertise along with a great sense of humor got me through this difficult time. He is the BEST. Thank you Jim.
