We have been trying to tell the VA that my husband has suffered a traumatic brain injury in Iraq from all the IED blasts he has been in but no one believed us, I guess because they didn't understand the condition fully. We both live with the effects of this daily. Finally, my husband got sent to Mr. Poindexter, who was able to sort through my husband's symptoms and put them into the proper categories, one being TBI. Finally, someone who can sort it out medically!
