Excellent. She is very direct and honest and wastes no time, but also a great mix of warmth and humor. I found her practical and down to earth with her ideas and feedback. She helped me tremendously in a short period of time. She quickly understood my situation and helped me tune into some very destructive parts of my relationships. If you want the truth Jane will give it to you straight. But at once very supportive so that I could handle looking at it and begin to change it. She is totally accepting if you don't see things her way and often will come up with a contrasting way to frame things so that one can understand them in a different way. If you don't want the truth or If you don't want to take responsibility for your behavior don't go to her. She won't bring her ego into it. She is all business and also very warm and accepting of differences. She is there with you every minute with her warm, frank and perceptive thoughts. She is outstanding.
