I have seen many therapists over the past fifteen years and Jane is by far the best I have encountered. For me, I wanted a therapist who would not just listen and jot notes on a pad. She helps me to look at things differently. She challenges me. She helps me in setting SMART goals for my self between session. I truly believes she cares about my well-being.
