Read the negative review(s) and turn it around 180 degrees. Holding people responsible for their issues is part of the process - Jane’s technique does just that. It’s very revealing to find out that you are one of the main contributors to your own dismay. Not all your issues but when a spade needs to be called a spade...... If you can’t handle that you might want to just go seek medication and dispense with human intervention. Aside from that, I’ve witnessed positive reinforcement for taking initiative and making progress, good suggestions for dealing with specific situations, and great alternative perspectives to view things from a different angle.
