I didn’t think my hearing was that bad, but after years of denial, I finally got motivated to do something about my hearing loss. Janene gave me a comprehensive hearing test and discussed my hearing loss with compassion and understanding. She gave me a choice of hearing aids and worked around my budget to find a PERFECT CHOICE. I’m so happy for her professional care and ongoing support. I’m so comfortable hearing all around me, all the birds and natural sounds as well as intimate conversations. And as I learned more about my own hearing loss and the impact that Janene made on my quality of life, I am eager to encourage others to take the opportunity to meet Janene and have her check your hearing. The world is really more alive now for me!
