I never write reviews, but this is a therapist that deserves it. Janet helped me identify the origin of my trauma and guided me through the process of finding relief using EMDR techniques. For me, she was the first therapist to really explain the science of trauma and how the brain responds. She was sensitive to the spiritual aspect of my well-being and helped me resolve issues that I had been grappling with for decades. I'm grateful for the internet search that got me to her office. I'm grateful for the insight I gained. I'm grateful for this therapist. I highly recommend her services.
