Had my share of therapy disappointments. Didn't expect anything different from Janet. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The time spent with Janet, my whole life did a 180. I accomplished such positive results. She helped me to overcome my feelings and behaviors I thought I'd never be free of. I've come to experience positive feelings about myself, peacefulness, and most important, the tools to continue managing my life. I owe Janet Crate more than I can express...
