I have been seeing Janet for years and I've had a lot of experience with therapists. She is Top Notch. She is so wise and interactive. If you're just looking for a couch to lay on and talk with no feedback, look elsewhere. That's what I love about Janet. She has great coaching skills and provides ideas to try. She also paraphrases your concerns back to you, demonstrating her understanding. 10 out of 10
