Janet is an absolutely wonderful therapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get a better understanding of themselves and their relationships. I have seen Janet for 3 years and she has helped me learn tools to manage anxiety, develop confidence, navigate crisis and overall live a happier and healthier life. I’ve experienced a number of life changes since I started seeing her and she’s been alongside me the entire way. In addition, I’ve seen a couple of therapists prior to Janet and had never experienced the same love, respect and empathy that she brought to our sessions. I’m forever grateful for the time and investment we put into my journey. I can’t recommend seeing Janet enough!!!
