I don’t know why Janice’s ratings are so low so I felt the need to share my positive experience. I had been a client of Janice’s on 2 separate occasions, both times were positive and transformative. She helped me as I grieved relationships, struggled after nursing school, and many of life challenges with anxiety and depression. Janice not only takes her time, but she is very personable and easy to talk to. Unlike some therapists, she gives you tools to do at therapy and at home. She taught me different types of guided meditation & did guided meditation with me, had me write letters to loved ones and read them, informative readings and websites to use as tools. She is caring but also holds you accountable to put in the work in and outside of therapy to reach your mental health goals. I think the bad reviews were probably people who lacked accountability or awareness. I highly recommend to anyone.
