Janice recommends solutions that work. She guides you to where you need to be and works with you every step of the way. Janice is easy to talk to, non-judgemental and knows how to get past the nonsense and to the heart of the matter. Her 'Thin Forever' program has helped me lose huge amounts of weight and has changed my whole relationship with food, my self image and my outlook on life.
