She is extremely knowledgeable and kind and worked on what was best for me, not what she thought I should do, which I think some therapists unfortunately fall privy to. She was just awesome--She understands trauma and PTSD and everything that entails very well. She was empathetic and guided sessions well, while also always gauging where I was in the process. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
