Dr. Henry was a godsend in my life, that cannot be understated! She is very educated, professional, compassionate, and talented. She is a skilled listener and almost immediately understood parts of PMDD that I wasn't sure anyone could. I started our coaching sessions lost, hopeless, confused and sad. After two months of meeting weekly with Dr. Henry I can truly say that I am in a much better place. The tools she offers feel doable, but challenged me in a very helpful way. The progress felt almost immediate. I'm VERY grateful for Dr. Henry!
