My family and I visit Ms. Hepler at the Vass clinic and I have had consistently positive experiences with her and her staff. She takes time with each patient to understand their concerns and discuss options for treatment. I've never felt rushed or as though I wasn't being listened to. Her front desk staff is also very helpful and patient, even when I missed an appointment due to forgetting about it. I would highly recommend her clinic.
