My family were looking for a discreet, competent agency to assess our father. He has battled alcoholism for many years and it finally caught up with him. His employer gave him a chance to get help or his career would be out the window. Mr. Santibanez initially spoke with us over the phone to see what the process was. His professional, calm demeanor alleviated any concerns we may have had. My father came back from his appointment with a game plan to combat his disease. Thank you!
