I had a bad experience years ago with a different physical therapist and was initially not looking forward to going when my doctor referred me. But Jay, helped me get past this aversion. I went to Jay Sept 2017 for injuries from a car accident. He is very patient, and kind to all his patients. He will try multiple therapies to find what works for you. and I'm very glad I found him at Premier Physical Therapy. I believe this site needs to update his addresses (2) locations and phone number
