I have been seeing Jay for quite a few years and I have had great experiences with him. I have seen many therapists over the years, and he is the best therapist I have had since I was a kid. He has helped me through a lot of trauma and has helped me grow as a person and understand how to set boundaries and has also helped me develop emotional intelligence. He's always real and direct with me and gives me another perspective on issues that greatly bother me. He also hasn't stigmatized me due to my looks, tattoos, hair color, piercings, and my history as an addict, unlike many of my previous therapists. When you find a good therapist, stick with them.
