My primary and family doctor referred me to Jay Zurflugh PA-C when I fractured my wrist. My experience from my initial appointment made to checking in the lobby and finally being greeted by Irene with her calm voice and pretty smile (also, Kendall on my other visit) to getting my x ray ( sorry that I can’t remember their names) to actually getting diagnosed by Dr Jay Zurflugh (this man is so patient, soft spoken, gentle and answered all my questions/concern) to getting my cast on (by Chris, the 1st time and Tu on my next visit) and then later for my cast to be taken off ( that was scary! The sound of grinder, yikes!) but by Chris talking to me, while cutting and spitting my cast to open and explaining how the tool/grinder works, made me relax a little bit and not be too scared (because I’m a big baby, just ask my husband??). Everyone I had met there are very nice, patient and professionals. I will definitely recommend anyone with hand issues to be seen Jay Zurflugh PA-C at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in W Washington and Buffalo location.
