It was 20 yrs ago, I reached a point in life where drinking had become more than just a bad habit. I was having difficulty sleeping and it was starting to interfere with my performance at work. It was simply out of control and it was all but impossible to go for a night or two without this sedative. Jayne had a way of expressing empathy and compassion in a professional manner. It almost seemed subliminally. I to this day have to bless her heart for her assistance at that time. She made me feel respected and at ease regardless of my somewhat distressed condition, which really helped. When I think back at what was the key to my turnaround, she is the first thing that comes to mind and I am eternally greatful for her care and guidance at a very critical passsage in my life.
