I was receiving services with Jean for approximately 1 year. I had a lot of stress and anxiety, I was going through a lot in my life and Jean made me feel comfortable talking about my life. I believe there is no shame in admitting that you sometimes need help. Jean was very helpful to me and reduced my anxiety. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who may be looking for some help.
