I've been under Dr. Otto's care for some time. She's helped me better manage my stress and anxiety and work through very challenging issues from my past and in my current relationship. She is a very attentive therapist. She really listens to what you have to say and what your goals and desires are. She respects your boundaries with respect to treatment (e.g. use of medication). I highly recommend her to anyone in need of counseling through issues -- either temporarily or long-term.
