I’ve been seeing her for a few months now, at the Crossroads treatment center, and she has never been anything but nice. She is professional but also has a way of making it feel personal. By that, I mean she really takes the time to get to know you and learn about what’s going on in your life. She remembers little details and actually follows up, listens to what you have to say, doesn’t interrupt, offers constructive feedback, and helps you set & reach realistic goals. She never judges or makes you feel bad about yourself and when you’re making progress - even baby steps - she will congratulate you and encourage you to keep going, which truly is motivating.
