We had been told by another audiologist that my husband's hearing aids needed to be replaced and quoted a price of $4,500. We returned to Northeast Georgia ENT's Audiology Department. Jeanne Barno scheduled a second hearing test. The result was that my husband has lost 70% of his hearing. She did not recommend spending the extra money for premium hearing aids, as they were not going to help that much. This truth was shocking to hear but appreciated. She follows up every four months.
