Jeannie is a very gentle and understanding therapist. She is very good at providing structure without making it feel like structure, and allows grace. She has many resources that she references and sometimes has memorized. She's even mentioned in passing that she attends conferences and listens to podcasts by other therapists to further her knowledge base.
