Jeff is unwavering in his commitment to helping me and others I know in working on integrating healthy principles into my life. He is helpful in looking at all the options and helping me make healthy choices. He is not one of the kind of therapists that will sit back and never challenge you individually or in your relationship. If you are seriously seeking change, results, and willing to do the work I highly recommend seeing Jeff.
