As a doctor myself, I know that these reviews sway people....but people post more negative than positive. I'd ignore one negative post. I've seen him for over a year for trauma related issues; he's helped me a lot. He's well regarded by his peers. I've found him to be knowledgable and very professional. He's not overly emotive but empathic; I pay him not to be my best friend, but to help me see how my aberrant thinking doesn't serve me well. I've come to feel much better about life and myself as a result. Trauma can cause tremendous guilt, depression and anxiety - he's helped me to overcome a fair amount of that. He's given me tools to help myself in daily life. He's insightful and knowledgable about varying psychological schools of thought and different religions; religious upbringing colors my thinking. I believe he's not only helpful to the 'worried well', however, but recognizes major psychological pathology. There are no quick fixes in trauma. He'll help for the long haul.
