My 90-year old mother sees many doctors, and this is the first one that gave her a list of foods to eat that are nutritious for health along with information about drinking lots of water and taking turmeric and cayenne for eye health, and to avoid table salt, and to use sea salt instead. These are all natural remedies for eye health. and much better than the prescriptions that everybody else wants to hand out. Thank you for giving such good care to my mother.
