I highly recommend Jeff's counseling services. I have seen several therapists over the years, but I have never had as much success as a I have with Jeff. He helped me get a grip on my choices and mental health, and he was a steadying influence at a time of chaos in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and openly shared his insights. Instead of stringing me along for ongoing therapy, Jeff prompted me to consider my needs and identify an appropriate time to stop. I'm grateful for his help.
