After working with Jena for just a few weeks, I feel less pain and stronger than I have in years. She's a deft dry needler, an attentive listener, and a delight to spend a bit of time with. And importantly, she helps clients think about how to fit work outs into their lives so that the self-care lasts when the PT appointments are finished. I recommend her whole heartedly.
