Jena is actually my mom, so certainly I'm biased -- but she is THE. BEST. My friends all use her and rave too. I've been to other massage therapists (I'm in martial arts and very active) but none have measured up. Jena's background in ballet, fitness, pilates, and other forms of massage and therapy mean she knows just how to get to the heart of my issue and begin the process of healing. I hope I never move too far to always come for a massage!
