Jenna is the kind of therapist that will change your life. She is kind, funny, intelligent, and extremely empathetic. She knows when to encourage and push me, and when to wait patiently while I work something out. I have learned so much about myself, my trauma, and my family while working with her. My only regret is not finding her sooner!
