When I met Ms. Bressler. I had just come out of the hospital where I had been diagnosed with Bipolar depression, I had been admitted because I planned to kill myself. After you are diagnosed with Bipolar you need MEDICINE, but you also REALLY NEED COUNSELING. It was hard. I had to try at least fifteen different kinds of medicines and countless doses and combinations. Ms. Bressler was amazing. She held my hand and made me feel understood. She got me through it.
