My husband is the patient, but I accompany him since I am helping with his physical challenges. We've been to see Jen for a few years. Andy's diabetes has been a challenge. Jen has been able to help him immensely with that. She has been such a joy and kind to us. Jen understands the disease as well as the patient and the supportive family. We always left feeling she really cared. I understand she is leaving the practice. It will be a crushing loss. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors. We will miss her dearly.
