She is a compassionate therapist who instills evidence based skills that work. I feel safe to decompress, take off the mask and let out my fears and pain with her during our sessions and she is adept at allowing space for that while gently keeping me in the present moment. She is versed in a range of therapeutic techniques and employs them thoughtfully during our sessions. I have improved tremendously under her care, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who will teach you useful, evidence based skills and give you accessible resources that you can easily apply in your everyday life.
