I think she is amazing. She helps me understand nutrition facts and gives me information that I can actually remember and apply. A dietician that I had before would tell me what to eat and recommend I cut all the unhealthy things I liked out, pretty much going cold turkey (which resulted in me failing, surprise surprise!). I highly recommend her.
