I think Jennifer is a very intelligent, caring, extremely reliable, and unusually fair-minded caseworker. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and in my opinion the previous unhappy review shows that Jennifer is willing to work with all, and also the most complicated situations. Although everyone should make their own judgment, based on my long and current experience with her work, I believe you should consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to be helped by her.
